Supervise and optimize fulfillment pharmacy operations, manage pharmacy technician scheduling and performance, ensure KPI targets and quality audits, train staff, maintain dispensing equipment and order accuracy, and support timely delivery of medications to patients.

Senior leader owning strategic relationships with assigned payers to drive network access, retention, reimbursement performance, and enterprise revenue. Leads executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, payer performance monitoring, governance, and development of scalable processes for the Strategic Payer Relations function.
