Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams while using AI-assisted development tools. Healthcare, EHR, interoperability, HIPAA, pharmacy workflow, CI/CD, and modern front-end experience are required or preferred.

Handles inbound cancellation calls and outbound outreach to former patients, addressing inquiries, payments, claims, and concerns to retain services. Provides patient-focused customer service, escalates issues, maintains product knowledge, protects confidentiality, and uses multiple software programs. This is a full-time remote role requiring schedule flexibility, with occasional travel potentially required for organizational events, meetings, conferences, and client engagements.

Designs, implements, manages, and troubleshoots traditional and VoIP telephony systems, including call flows, reporting, mobile devices, fax lines, and new-location rollouts. Partners with IT and business teams to support telephony goals, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and partner agreements. Requires Five9 administration and scripting, reporting, technical support, and telecommunications experience. This remote role includes 10–20% travel and occasional after-hours availability.

Develops market strategies, cultivates C-suite relationships, manages complex healthcare sales opportunities, negotiates contracts, owns pipeline and revenue goals, and coordinates cross-functional teams through implementation handoff. Provides competitive intelligence, identifies partnerships, represents the organization at industry events, and guides go-to-market priorities across health plans, health systems, PACE organizations, provider groups, and value-based care entities.

Own and optimize lead generation platforms, integrations, and data flows; analyze and improve campaign performance and ROI; build reporting and run tests; collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure quality, routing, and scalable processes.
