Support PBM regulatory reporting and compliance by preparing and analyzing PDE/FIR/rebate reports, PACE bid materials, billing and pharmacy payment reports, NDPDP encounter files, QA report adjudication, ticket response, and client report generation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and staying current on plan structures and Medicare Part D rules.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve patient experience, service levels, and operational efficiency. Define scope, KPIs, execute improvement plans, perform root cause analyses, coordinate stakeholders, track adoption, and support standardized workflows and training to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Lead enterprise sales forecasting, pipeline governance, and KPI reporting to drive growth performance. Own forecast reviews, executive reporting, sales compensation tracking, and data-driven insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Growth Ops, and Market Leaders to improve conversion, planning accuracy, and revenue outcomes, while supporting systems, data quality, analytics automation, and performance frameworks.

Manage and grow strategic partnerships with physician groups, health systems, and other providers. Drive referral growth, program adoption, and retention through consultative selling, provider education, onboarding support, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain CRM records, prepare business reviews, and travel to support provider relationships.

Lead enterprise marketing automation, CRM strategy, AI-enabled marketing operations, and digital experience. Build scalable campaigns, enable sales and partners, optimize web/SEM/SEO performance, and deliver analytics and enablement assets to drive engagement and pipeline.

Assess and monitor Medicare revenue cycle for PACE programs using CMS return files and analytics. Advise clients on risk-adjusted payment variances, onboard and train clients, coordinate with internal teams, perform quarterly assessments and on-site visits, maintain schedules, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support client satisfaction and process improvements.

Provide clinical verification and management of patient prescriptions, communicate with providers, patients and technicians, supervise prescription transfers, ensure legal/privacy/compliance standards, and support call-center operations aligned with company values.

Package and prepare medication orders for shipment, maintain inventory and filling station cleanliness, monitor station queues, meet daily fulfillment goals, uphold quality assurance, communicate with internal teams to resolve patient issues, and perform other pharmacy production tasks to ensure timely delivery to patients.

Provide phone-based customer support for members, clinicians, pharmacies and plan sponsors. Document calls in claims adjudication systems, resolve drug benefit issues, initiate prior authorizations, submit and follow up on JIRA tickets, and ensure HIPAA compliance while staying current on plan, pharmacology, and Medicare Part D guidelines.

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking to cancel services; address inquiries about payments and claims; resolve concerns and overcome objections to retain patients; maintain product knowledge, confidentiality, and a patient-first attitude; perform related administrative duties. Remote, full-time role.

Verify and dispense medications accurately, perform DUR and MTM interventions, communicate with healthcare providers, manage prescription transfers, ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements, and provide clinical consults to patients and providers in a pharmacy setting.
