Verifies hard-copy and digital prescriptions, ensures clinical accuracy, manages medication profiles, and supervises prescription transfers. Communicates with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians by phone and email while maintaining legal, privacy, and compliance standards. The pharmacist works remotely in a call-center environment, supports team capabilities, handles flexible scheduling, and may need to work extended hours or commute to multiple assigned locations.

Manage and grow strategic partnerships with physician groups, health systems, and other providers. Drive referral growth, program adoption, and retention through consultative selling, provider education, onboarding support, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain CRM records, prepare business reviews, and travel to support provider relationships.

Assess and monitor Medicare revenue cycle for PACE programs using CMS return files and analytics. Own forecast reviews, executive reporting, sales compensation tracking, and data-driven insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Growth Ops, and Market Leaders to improve conversion, planning accuracy, and revenue outcomes, while supporting systems, data quality, analytics automation, and performance frameworks.
