The analyst communicates with business teams, IT staff, vendors, senior management, and regulators while supporting a secure healthcare technology environment.

Designs, implements, manages, and troubleshoots traditional and VoIP telephony systems, including call flows, reporting, mobile devices, fax lines, and new-location rollouts. Partners with IT and business teams to support telephony goals, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and partner agreements. Requires Five9 administration and scripting, reporting, technical support, and telecommunications experience. This remote role includes 10–20% travel and occasional after-hours availability.

Leads the system administration team and oversees the design, implementation, security, maintenance, and performance of server and storage infrastructure. Responsibilities include architecture, cloud and virtualization environments, backups, patching, disaster recovery, business continuity, regulatory compliance, technology roadmaps, budgeting, troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure projects. This remote managerial role requires collaboration with security teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal technology partners, with occasional travel and after-hours availability.
