Designs, develops, tests, and maintains scalable data systems, SQL/ETL procedures, reporting processes, and .NET applications supporting pharmacy benefit management. Responsibilities include database performance optimization, query tuning, troubleshooting pharmacy claims and NCPDP submissions, technical design, stakeholder collaboration, Agile participation, cloud integration, mentoring, and recommending reliable engineering solutions. The role requires expertise in SQL Server, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, healthcare data compliance, and pharmacy industry standards.

Provides first-level technical support to employees and pharmacy teams through calls, chat, email, and remote assistance. Installs and repairs hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices; troubleshoots networking, server, virtual environment, VoIP, and access issues; documents resolutions; triages and escalates complex incidents; evaluates technology upgrades; and follows organizational security practices. The role requires strong customer service, communication, diagnostic, and documentation skills, with occasional support across multiple site locations.

Provides first-level technical support for employees and pharmacy production teams through phone, chat, email, and remote channels. Installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, Microsoft environments, networking, and VoIP systems. Documents incidents, performs issue triage, escalates to Tier 2 teams, evaluates technology upgrades, and maintains security practices. The role requires strong customer service, communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with availability outside normal business hours and travel between assigned sites.
