Conducts phone-based medication and health assessments, registers patients for pharmacy care management services, enters prescription data, educates patients and facilities, schedules follow-ups, maintains accurate records, and supports referral relationships. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, persuasion, and multitasking skills in a fully remote environment.

Provides customer and pharmacy support for PACE participants, facilities, and network pharmacies. Responsibilities include enrollment assistance, pharmacy benefit communication, medication reconciliation coordination, help desk support, staff education, outgoing calls, courier scheduling, and delivery confirmation. The role is remote, works a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule, and may require occasional availability outside normal business hours and travel for organizational events.

Develops financial models, budgets, forecasts, and recurring financial reports. Supports month-end close, analyzes revenue, expenses, costs, and large datasets, maintains accurate financial databases, and presents findings to senior leadership. Partners cross-functionally to support financial goals and evaluates competitive conditions and business scenarios.
