Lead and develop a team of Data Support Technicians to ensure accurate, timely prescription data entry and validation. Oversee workflows, monitor productivity and quality metrics, conduct QA audits, maintain training and documentation, collaborate with Pharmacy Operations and IT, and drive process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient fulfillment.

Lead and supervise pharmacy patient engagement call center staff, manage day-to-day operations and KPIs, evaluate performance, coach team members, handle scheduling and workflows, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal partners in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the Prescription Acquisition team, manage prescription entry processes, monitor Salesforce reports and technician schedules, identify process improvements, resolve patient issues, and enforce performance standards while supporting departmental goals.
