Provide telephone, email and remote software-based hardware and software support and training for microscopy and inspection instruments. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborate with product and development teams, support repair center escalations, document customer-reported errors, and participate in ongoing training.

Develop and maintain high-quality software components in modern C++ and Rust, participate in CI/CD-driven agile workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and test software for microscopy products, and evaluate new technologies for the platform.

Own and prioritize the unified Microscopy Software Platform backlog, drive consolidation of legacy platforms into a C++/Rust foundation, elicit and translate stakeholder requirements into epics and user stories, collaborate with architects and engineers on feasibility and architecture, run Scrum ceremonies as Product Owner, monitor platform performance and adoption, and ensure stable, well-documented components for product teams.

Lead global strategy, roadmap, and business ownership for commercial systems (Salesforce, CPQ, Marketing Cloud). Drive process design, analytics, change management, cross-functional alignment, and regional adoption to improve sales productivity and customer engagement.

Sell and grow Evident's digital pathology business across EMEA by developing strategic sales plans, qualifying prospects, delivering presentations and demos, closing new business, supporting tenders, coordinating implementations and post-sales support, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records and forecasts.

Work within a Scrum team to elicit, analyze and document requirements for digital microscopy and IVD software, translate domain needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain backlog, and independently implement product functionality while producing technical documentation and interface specifications.
