What you’ll do
* Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.
* Design, build and scale AI services, including solutions using large language models and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
* Deliver working solutions at pace and integrate them into business processes.
* Guide external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels.
* Help teams adopt AI and share effective practices across the organization.
Requirements
What you bring
* Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions independently.
* Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.
* Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and data engineering practices.
* Clear communication, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.
The role can be based in Prague, with remote working, or Hamburg, with a 50/50 office arrangement.
