Lead enterprise master data management and governance, chair the Data Governance Council, prioritize and execute MDM initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake, enforce data quality and standards, drive SAP MDM implementations (ECC/S4HANA), mobilize matrixed teams and vendors, and ensure projects deliver on time and on budget.

Manage supply chain planning, replenishment and order de-bottlenecking across EMEA. Set and maintain inventory and lead-time parameters, trigger stock replenishment, execute replenishment orders, coordinate with Sales, Product, Buyers and Finance, troubleshoot short-term bottlenecks, and propose structural improvements to ensure high service levels and timely delivery.

Lead global strategy, roadmap, and business ownership for commercial systems (Salesforce, CPQ, Marketing Cloud). Drive process design, analytics, change management, cross-functional alignment, and regional adoption to improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
