Part-time Wellness Supervisor responsible for helping lead nursing and resident-care teams in a senior living environment. The role requires an Illinois LPN license, nursing-program graduation, strong assessment and organizational skills, communication abilities, customer service orientation, independence, and computer literacy. Long-term care experience is preferred. The schedule includes every other weekend and one weekday.

Supervises nursing and resident care activities in a senior living environment under the Wellness Director. The role supports a customer-service-oriented team and requires strong assessment, organization, communication, independence, and resident-family engagement skills. Candidates must hold an Illinois LPN license and graduate from an accredited nursing program. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Directs the nursing and clinical department in a senior care community. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical programs, complying with nursing regulations, communicating resident health changes to families and physicians, and updating care plans and directives. The role requires an Illinois nursing license, nursing and management experience, knowledge of senior care, health and safety procedures, and EHR experience.
