Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and good standing LPN license for the State of Illinois
  • Long-term care expereince preferred
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Computer Literacy
