Provides temporary, full-time talent sourcing support for recruiting skilled-trade roles, initially Journeyman Welders and Shipfitters. Searches recruiting platforms and databases, reviews resumes, identifies qualified candidates, organizes pipelines, tracks sourcing metrics, maintains accurate records, and provides Recruiters with candidates for outreach. The role requires Boolean search, high-volume candidate screening, internet research, strong organization, and experience with skilled-trades or industrial recruiting.

Manage contractual and operational aspects of ship repair projects from estimate through delivery and warranty. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee schedules, budgets, scope changes, compliance with USCG and classification societies, implement PM processes/tools, and drive profitability and safe, efficient project execution.

Entry-level apprenticeship in ship repair trades (pipefitting, painting, welding, shipfitting, machinery assembly, electrical). Learn trade skills through on-the-job training and required classroom instruction; perform safe work practices, teamwork, basic math and tool use, track OJT hours, and pass practical exams to progress.
