Provides technical support to global agents, customers, onboard engineers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting service issues, responding to technical enquiries, supporting class inspections, developing product expertise, managing technical documentation, and collaborating with Sales, Service, Production, and Quality teams. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, organization, and ownership of technical issues through resolution. Full product training is provided.

Supports the design, specification, deployment, and lifecycle performance of marine corrosion protection and marine growth prevention systems. Responsibilities include sizing systems, preparing installation manuals and engineering drawings, assisting global agents and customers with technical queries and troubleshooting, analyzing vessel log sheets, and maintaining system and service information in Salesforce. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to undertake training.

Lead complex international customer projects from sales handover through warranty completion. Manage budgets, schedules, scope, risks, contracts, cash flow, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitor performance, manage project documentation and invoicing, and ensure safe, timely, and commercially successful delivery. The role requires strong project management, communication, financial, organizational, and technical understanding skills, preferably within marine, shipbuilding, offshore, industrial equipment, or engineering sectors.

Owns the technical scope of engineer-to-order marine delivery projects from sales handover through ship delivery. Coordinates process, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering teams; serves as the primary technical customer contact; translates requirements into deliverables; monitors engineering progress, costs, budgets, and milestones; and supports procurement, production, factory acceptance testing, documentation, and final delivery.
