The Senior Financial Accountant prepares financial statements, manages general ledger reconciliations, leads month-end and year-end close activities, supports tax compliance, audits, budgeting, and forecasting, and delivers Group reporting. The role analyzes financial data, improves finance processes and controls, and provides guidance to colleagues and stakeholders across local and international teams.

Leads global sourcing, procurement, category management, supplier relationships, and external manufacturing. Develops sourcing strategies, manages direct and indirect costs, negotiates with suppliers, forecasts material costs, ensures supply continuity, mitigates risk, and delivers savings and performance improvements. Leads procurement teams and transformation initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Project Management, Product Lines, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.

Owns the technical scope of engineer-to-order marine delivery projects from sales handover through ship delivery. Coordinates process, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering teams; serves as the primary technical customer contact; translates requirements into deliverables; monitors engineering progress, costs, budgets, and milestones; and supports procurement, production, factory acceptance testing, documentation, and final delivery.
