Troubleshoots and documents software issues in Zendesk, follows escalation procedures, contributes to knowledge-base content, and collaborates with senior analysts. Translate analysis into targeting rules, prioritized account lists, territory views, and outbound workflows. Manage enrichment vendors and data ingestion, validate models against sales outcomes, and partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to operationalize insights.
