Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships in the public sector, helping customers achieve desired outcomes through success plans, regular check-ins, and strategic support. Analyze usage and health data to identify retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams; manage quotes and contract amendments in Salesforce; track customer surveys; and support webinars and events.

Manage relationships with B2B SaaS public-sector customers, helping them achieve business outcomes and maximize product value. Develop customer success plans, conduct regular check-ins, monitor health indicators, address risks, and identify expansion opportunities. Lead stakeholder meetings, manage estimates and contract amendments in Salesforce, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support surveys, webinars, and customer events.
