Translates complex workflows into actionable articles, identifies documentation needs tied to product releases, collaborates with subject matter experts, and reviews content for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. The role independently manages multiple documentation projects and incorporates feedback with minimal coaching. This is a 12-month hybrid contract requiring three days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office.

Own the architectural direction of a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform for government agencies. Lead system design, technology selection, cloud architecture, integrations, security and compliance, performance optimization, and technical roadmaps. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams while guiding decisions across product and engineering stakeholders. The role requires expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, scripting languages, API development, and secure data exchange.
