Welcomes students, instructors, visitors, and walk-in clients; manages calls, emails, enquiries, registrations, payments, records, cash handling, and reception administration. Coordinates with course coordination, sales, academic, and other teams to support smooth daily operations. Provides student follow-ups, schedule updates, and administrative coverage during staff absences while maintaining an organised, professional reception area.

Coordinates language courses, schedules, student groups, and instructor assignments while maintaining student records in ZOHO. Provides customer service, monitors attendance and feedback, resolves course concerns, supports retention and progression, and contributes to sales and retention targets. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery and a positive learning experience.

Deliver engaging, interactive face-to-face Hindi language instruction in Abu Dhabi for adults and young learners. Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, manage classrooms effectively, motivate students, and provide high-quality learning experiences in a multicultural environment. Instructors should be professional, patient, flexible, culturally aware, and capable of teaching Hindi through advanced levels.
