The Ecommerce Coordinator develops SEO and AI search optimization strategies, monitors website traffic and conversions, analyzes campaign performance, manages product listings and data, supports ecommerce operations and customer issues, and maintains analytics dashboards and reports. The role collaborates with product and marketing leaders to improve website content, structure, search visibility, and the overall ecommerce experience.

Processes and reconciles expense invoices, purchase orders, vendor credits, payment records, and cost check purchase orders. Monitors invoice approvals, follows up on outstanding vendor credits, supports check runs and reporting, and assists Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with special projects. Requires accurate recordkeeping, vendor and branch communication, basic mathematical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Pulls, packages, stages, and loads pipe and related materials for customer pickup and delivery. Unloads and inspects incoming shipments, documents shortages or damage, stocks products, maintains inventory accuracy using RF scanners and barcode equipment, and keeps warehouse and yard areas organized and safe. Provides customer assistance, follows safety procedures, and operates material-handling equipment, including forklifts and Hi-Los.
