Manage and grow contractor relationships within a sales territory for underground, hydronic, mechanical, and plumbing products. Identify bid opportunities, collaborate with quoting teams, pursue deals, provide knowledgeable customer support, and represent the company at industry events, job sites, and client meetings. The role involves field visits, cross-functional collaboration, territory development, travel, and supporting construction projects from bidding through completion.

Supports robotic and automated manufacturing systems through equipment testing, installation, troubleshooting, documentation, performance-data collection, and continuous improvement. The intern assists with Lean Manufacturing initiatives, technical drawings, preventive-maintenance materials, training documents, safety reporting, and equipment integration under engineering and project leadership. The role is primarily indoors in an active manufacturing environment and may involve occasional travel to vendor, customer, or job-site locations.

Maintains and supports enterprise technology infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, mobile device management, backups, disaster recovery, websites, email, and user access. Provides end-user technical support, troubleshoots systems, manages hardware and software standards, supports IT policies and projects, trains team members, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Processes and reconciles expense invoices, purchase orders, vendor credits, payment records, and cost check purchase orders. Monitors invoice approvals, follows up on outstanding vendor credits, supports check runs and reporting, and assists Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with special projects. Requires accurate recordkeeping, vendor and branch communication, basic mathematical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
