Processes and posts customer payments, matches remittance information, reconciles accounts and branch cash, resolves discrepancies, manages petty cash and deposits, processes refunds and credit requests, and assists customers with billing questions. Maintains accurate records, supports daily accounting operations, and contributes to special projects while handling multiple priorities in an office environment.

Coordinates corporate, branch, and trade show events; manages event logistics, vendors, swag orders, promotional inventory, marketing materials, and company folders. Produces and distributes the employee newsletter while supporting marketing leadership, sales events, event promotion, and additional marketing projects. Requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, inventory coordination, and deadline management. Basic graphic design skills are preferred.

Provides administrative and fleet coordination support, including records management, fuel card administration, vehicle compliance tracking, claims documentation, driver and HR communication, billing and quoting assistance, office tasks, reporting, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced transportation environment.
