Teams at Ethos Veterinary Health

Lead and support clinical teams in a busy specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, SOPs, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and process improvements to ensure excellent patient care and client service.

Provide husbandry and basic clinical support for hospitalized animals, including patient restraint, bathing/grooming, restocking supplies, facility and grounds maintenance, and participation in team trainings and meetings. Work a rotating third-shift schedule and assist doctors and staff as needed.

Lead day-to-day operations of a large multi-specialty veterinary hospital, driving clinical excellence, financial performance, innovation, cross-functional collaboration, talent development, and continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional patient and client experiences.
