Lead day-to-day operations of a large multi-specialty veterinary hospital, driving clinical excellence, financial performance, innovation, cross-functional collaboration, talent development, and continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional patient and client experiences.

Manage on-site HR support across three veterinary hospitals, including employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, accommodations, compliance, engagement, and HR program implementation. Partner with hospital leaders on coaching, corrective actions, organizational changes, compensation processes, and workplace issues. Generate HR insights, support enterprise initiatives, and ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws.

Coordinates clinical and client-service activities in a 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. Responsibilities include communicating patient updates, estimates, discharges, and billing information; maintaining medical records; coordinating with referral veterinarians and hospital departments; supporting patient rounds, transfers, follow-ups, billing audits, and client services; and assisting with patient care and daily operations. The role requires rotating holidays and on-call participation.
