Assist with daily operations of a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital, including staffing, scheduling, labor management, team development, recruitment, client experience, financial metrics, compliance, safety, and process improvement. Partner with hospital and medical leadership while coaching supervisors and supporting operational initiatives. The role offers progressive responsibility in facility oversight, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Audits veterinary hospital medical records, treatment sheets, and invoices to verify billing accuracy, identify missed or duplicate charges, recover revenue, and resolve discrepancies. Maintains audit logs and trend reports, collaborates with clinical and leadership teams, educates staff on documentation and billing practices, and recommends workflow improvements while protecting confidential information.

Manage human resources operations across three veterinary hospitals, including employee relations, employment-law compliance, leave administration, onboarding, orientation, training, engagement initiatives, and culture development. Partner with hospital leadership and employees on HR policies, accommodations, progressive discipline, and organizational programs while supporting a 24/7 healthcare environment.
