Leads supply chain, purchasing, inventory, vendor, equipment, asset, and preventive maintenance programs across high-volume veterinary hospitals. Establishes inventory controls, negotiates with suppliers, manages equipment lifecycles and service agreements, oversees budgets and capital planning, analyzes performance data, develops teams, and implements standardized processes that improve availability, efficiency, cost control, and operational reliability.

Audits veterinary hospital medical records, treatment sheets, and invoices to verify billing accuracy, identify missed or duplicate charges, recover revenue, and resolve discrepancies. Maintains audit logs and trend reports, collaborates with clinical and leadership teams, educates staff on documentation and billing practices, and recommends workflow improvements while protecting confidential information.
