Manage and grow provider relationships within a region, support sales and onboarding, drive retention and organic growth, coordinate operational and billing issues, provide account reporting and CRM updates, and travel for client meetings and presentations.

Manage the laboratory Quality Department and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure CLIA and CAP compliance. Oversee proficiency testing, document control, inspections, corrective actions, quality indicators, audits, and continuous improvement. Serve as MediaLab site administrator, provide training, coordinate licensing and accreditation activities, and act as primary regulatory contact.

Review, interpret, and certify patient toxicology results using enzyme immunoassay and LC‑MS/MS; analyze calibration/QC and patient data; document and correct reports; ensure QC, regulatory compliance (CLIA/CAP); support clients and internal teams; participate in validation, proficiency testing, and lab improvement activities.

Manage and grow provider accounts in an assigned region after onboarding. Support sales activities, drive retention and organic growth, coordinate operational and billing needs, provide service excellence, conduct provider visits and presentations, update CRM, and travel regionally up to two nights per month.
