Remote Certifying Scientist performs LC-MS/MS data quantitation and final review/certification of urine and oral fluid toxicology patient reports, communicates with clients and on-site teams, programs reinjections, reviews QC and calibration, participates in validation/proficiency testing, and ensures regulatory and quality compliance.

Perform final review and certification of urine and oral fluid toxicology reports using LC-MS/MS and EIA data; analyze mass spec data, verify QC and calibrations, document results, program reinjections, assist with validation and proficiency testing, and communicate with clients on report issues while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage and grow provider relationships within a region, support sales and onboarding, drive retention and organic growth, coordinate operational and billing issues, provide account reporting and CRM updates, and travel for client meetings and presentations.

Lead PCR team and oversee microbiology operations for pharmacogenetics (PGx) testing. Ensure compliance with BSL-2, CAP, CLIA, and NYS standards, maintain instruments, develop and review SOPs, monitor KPIs and metrics, train and evaluate staff, troubleshoot processes and instruments, and support process improvements and validations to ensure timely, accurate patient lab reporting.

Manage and grow provider accounts in an assigned region after onboarding. Support sales activities, drive retention and organic growth, coordinate operational and billing needs, provide service excellence, conduct provider visits and presentations, update CRM, and travel regionally up to two nights per month.
