Lead UX design across strategy, research, and delivery—craft end-to-end digital experiences from ethnographic research through prototyping, testing, and post-launch tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce persona development, journey maps, wireframes, IA, process flows, usability testing, and polished UI solutions.

Designs and implements digital analytics tracking, imports and cleans data, analyzes metrics, creates reports and dashboards, QA tests analytics implementations, and communicates findings to clients.

Audit, troubleshoot, and improve client web and mobile analytics implementations; implement and QA tracking via tag management; generate and present scheduled and ad-hoc reports; identify KPIs and measurement strategies; provide technical documentation and support to development and performance teams to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights.

Lead strategic client relationships, drive growth and upsells, guide internal teams, analyze and present client reporting and digital trends, ensure program success, and manage multiple accounts to achieve revenue targets.
