Leads Sitetracker implementation, governance, optimization, and user adoption for utility-scale battery energy storage operations. Develops SOPs, process maps, templates, training materials, dashboards, and workflows. Partners with cross-functional teams to convert contract, O&M, compliance, safety, warranty, and technical requirements into standardized processes. Uses AI to identify process gaps, automate documentation, improve reporting, and drive continuous improvement across operating assets and construction projects.

Supports financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, project performance monitoring, and investment evaluation for utility-scale energy storage projects. The role gathers and validates data, researches energy markets, prepares reports and presentations, and assists with tax equity and debt financing transactions. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and effective use of AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and deliverable quality.

Support development of utility-scale battery energy storage projects from early-stage development through EPC handoff. Perform preliminary engineering, site design, interconnection and permitting support, techno-economic analysis, equipment procurement support, technical coordination, document control, and review of consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Support design, integration, commissioning, and operation of SCADA, controls, and communications for utility-scale battery energy storage projects. Lead I&C commissioning, troubleshoot RTAC/relay/substation issues, manage SCADA/EMS operational support and cybersecurity coordination, define design criteria and scopes of work, develop technical standards and QA processes, and support performance analysis and root-cause investigations.

The Project Engineer supports utility-scale battery energy storage projects, ensuring timely deliverables, compliance with specifications, and safety protocols during construction and commissioning phases.
