Manage treasury and debt across corporate, project, and tax equity financings. Oversee loan documents, debt schedules, draws, payments, covenant monitoring, reporting, cash management, modeling, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Finance.

Lead FP&A for a utility-scale battery storage developer, owning budgeting, forecasting, and project finance modeling. Build and maintain lifecycle financial models, drive tax equity and capital planning analyses, implement FP&A/EPM tools and Power BI integrations, partner with operations and development, and present financial insights to executives and the board.

Establish and lead esVolta's market risk control function: design frameworks, monitor trading exposures, set limits, oversee P&L attribution, implement automated tools (Python/SQL), manage counterparty and operational risk, and report risk and compliance to senior leadership and the Market Risk Committee.
