Support founders on finance, operations, and HR-related tasks: build business cases and financial models, manage subsidies, budgeting and investor reporting; optimize logistics, purchasing, and KPIs; consolidate data for ERP, create dashboards, and translate strategy into operational plans while supporting leadership routines.

Support marketing and sales tasks for an early-stage foodtech startup: plan and execute social media and newsletter content, update website, prepare sales materials and presentations, run outreach campaigns, maintain CRM and support sales operations and logistics. Work closely with founders in a cross-disciplinary team, 5–10 hours/week, in-person in Frankfurt.
