Lead multiple Workday client engagements, serving as the connection between consultants and customers. Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, resources, governance, and customer satisfaction across Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS engagements. Support go-live deployments, coordinate stakeholders, report project health, and contribute to the growth of ERPA’s Workday practice.

Lead Workday Financials consulting engagements focused on post-go-live support, optimization, FDM, and R2R. Configure and troubleshoot financial processes, ledger structures, security, reports, and calculated fields. Advise clients through design, testing, production transitions, year-end close, and reporting cycles. Manage multiple engagements, project forecasts, and client relationships while supporting sales demonstrations and estimates. Stay current on accounting standards and Workday enhancements.

Provide post-go-live Workday HCM production support across modules including compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting, and learning. Consult on client engagements, gather requirements, configure and test solutions, support production deployment, manage project communication and forecasts, assist sales demos and estimates, and advise on Workday best practices. Build client relationships while contributing to ERPA’s Workday AMS practice.

Develops and supports Workday enterprise integrations, including RESTful web services, Workday Studio, EIBs, custom reports, core connectors, document transformations, and PRISM solutions. Uses XSLT, XML, HTML, and BIRT for integrations and business forms. Responsibilities include chatbot API integrations, performance tuning, break-fix support, enhancements, peer reviews, technical documentation, and adapting integrations to system changes.

Lead multiple concurrent Workday engagements (Launch Flex/Express, Phase X, AMS), manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance; serve as client liaison; ensure customer satisfaction and resource allocation; contribute to Workday practice development.

Manage existing PeopleSoft accounts, drive AWS cloud modernization and migration, acquire new clients, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

Lead Workday reporting implementations and post-production support. Design, build, and troubleshoot complex HCM reports and Workday security; guide clients through design, testing, and production. Contribute to practice growth, support sales activities, and maintain client relationships.

Lead the full proposal lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and related sales opportunities. Analyze requirements, manage schedules and compliance, coordinate cross-functional contributors, facilitate solutioning, and create clear, persuasive customer-focused content. Maintain reusable proposal libraries, improve proposal processes, support sales enablement, and use AI tools responsibly while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.

Lead and coach a Workday Integrations team, serve as Workday Integrations subject matter expert, manage client engagements, support recruitment and sales, and ensure delivery, forecasts, and best practices across integrations projects.

The Workday Integrations Architect designs and develops custom applications on the Workday Extend platform, ensuring seamless integration with core Workday modules and advising clients on integration best practices.

Provide post-go-live production support for Workday Financials, consult on multiple client engagements, design/configure and assist testing and deployments, partner with engagement managers and sales, maintain forecasts, advise on Workday best practices, and build strong client relationships.
