Teams at ERPA

Supports multiple Workday implementations, application management services, and Phase X projects. Coordinates consultants and clients, monitors scope, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and escalations, and assists with governance, resource assignments, status reporting, and customer satisfaction. The role contributes to Workday practice development and requires project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-alignment skills. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Supports Engagement Managers in delivering Workday implementations, application management services, and Phase X projects. Responsibilities include coordinating consultants and clients, managing scope, milestones, budgets, risks, escalations, governance updates, resource assignments, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements.

Lead Workday Advanced Compensation consulting engagements, including implementations and post-go-live support. Configure and optimize Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and additional HCM modules; guide requirements, design, testing, and production transitions. Support annual talent, merit, bonus, and enrollment events, advise clients on best practices, coordinate with engagement and sales teams, contribute to demos and estimates, and help develop ERPA’s Workday AMS practice.
