The Workday Principal Consultant ensures successful implementations and support for Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules, guiding clients through design and testing processes while maintaining strong client relationships and project status.

Manage existing PeopleSoft accounts, drive AWS cloud modernization and migration, acquire new clients, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

Lead Workday reporting implementations and post-production support. Design, build, and troubleshoot complex HCM reports and Workday security; guide clients through design, testing, and production. Contribute to practice growth, support sales activities, and maintain client relationships.
