Provides Workday HCM data conversion consulting across implementation and post-production projects. Responsibilities include designing, validating, and deploying conversion and reporting solutions; advising clients through configuration, testing, and production; coordinating with engagement teams; supporting sales demonstrations; and maintaining Workday expertise. Requires Workday HCM and Data Conversion Services certifications, implementation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Workday loading tools.

Lead multiple Workday client engagements, serving as the connection between consultants and customers. Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, resources, governance, and customer satisfaction across Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS engagements. Support go-live deployments, coordinate stakeholders, report project health, and contribute to the growth of ERPA’s Workday practice.

Lead Workday Financials consulting engagements focused on post-go-live support, optimization, FDM, and R2R. Configure and troubleshoot financial processes, ledger structures, security, reports, and calculated fields. Advise clients through design, testing, production transitions, year-end close, and reporting cycles. Manage multiple engagements, project forecasts, and client relationships while supporting sales demonstrations and estimates. Stay current on accounting standards and Workday enhancements.
