Implement and support PeopleSoft solutions: gather requirements, design and develop components, configure and test integrations, perform unit/system/user testing, migrate code to production, and provide production support and impact analysis.

Lead multiple concurrent Workday engagements (Launch Flex/Express, Phase X, AMS), manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance; serve as client liaison; ensure customer satisfaction and resource allocation; contribute to Workday practice development.

Manage existing PeopleSoft accounts, drive AWS cloud modernization and migration, acquire new clients, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
