Leads clinical operations across assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and rehabilitation neighborhoods. Responsibilities include mentoring clinical staff, aligning staffing with resident acuity, monitoring infection control and quality outcomes, participating in wound rounds and performance committees, managing the nursing budget with the DON, and supporting regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Provides primary care geriatrics services in a physician-led practice within a continuing care retirement community. The role requires a medical degree, primary care residency, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and at least three years of medical practice experience. Geriatric fellowship training is preferred. Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument and MDS process for skilled nursing and long-term care residents. Schedule, complete, audit, and transmit assessments; ensure regulatory compliance and accurate Medicare reimbursement; support care planning and billing; use the EMR; and educate interdisciplinary and nursing staff on MDS documentation requirements.

Lead training, development, onboarding, and retention initiatives for the Dining Services Department. Coordinate new-hire orientations, create and deliver dining service and sanitation training, support recruitment outreach, and oversee hiring and onboarding with HR. The role requires team leadership, strong communication, customer service management experience, availability on weekends and holidays, and successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.
