Provide Protestant pastoral care and worship services for residents, planning and implementing pastoral ministries in coordination with the Pastoral Ministries Manager. Meet sacramental and spiritual needs, lead community outreach and fellowship, and support the spiritual life of the senior community.

Oversee and coordinate clinical care for residents in skilled nursing/long-term care, maintain nursing standards and documentation (MDS, care plans), mentor staff, manage staffing based on acuity, monitor infection control and quality improvement metrics, support regulatory surveys and audits.

Join the kitchen team as a Prep Cook, Line Cook, or Dishwasher. Maintain smooth kitchen operations, follow recipes and schedules, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied temperatures. Weekend and holiday availability required; prior kitchen experience preferred and some roles may require one year of cook-to-order experience.
