Supervise overnight security and emergency services for a gated senior living community. Responsibilities include managing patrols, access control, visitor registration, key management, safety inspections, incident reporting, emergency preparedness, employee scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, timesheet approval, and performance evaluations. The role requires leadership of security personnel and coordination of emergency response and workplace safety programs.

Provide efficient front-of-house dining support for senior residents: greeting guests, assisting service flow, stocking and prep, serving and cleanup, ensuring residents' nutritional intake, maintaining sanitation, answering phones, and training wait staff.

Deliver and facilitate recreational, therapeutic, and social programs for continuing care residents; escort residents on outings; manage supplies and equipment; collaborate with staff, volunteers, and management; monitor resident needs and implement activities per manager guidance.
