The role requires at least two years of related experience or equivalent education, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience using a general ledger system.

Lead HR strategy and workplace culture for a 1,800-resident continuing care community, overseeing employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, succession and talent development, leadership coaching, and HR team management to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.

Greets and assists residents, visitors, and staff; handles questions, emergency calls, and physician paging. Monitors emergency pull cords, tracks resident statuses, maintains census and resident absence records, and manages package and mail distribution. The role requires excellent verbal communication, multitasking, and a calm, accurate approach in a fast-paced senior living environment.
