Leads clinical care delivery in skilled nursing and long-term care neighborhoods; oversees assessments, documentation, staffing, infection control, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and audits. Mentors and develops nursing staff, coordinates training and competency reviews, participates in clinical leadership meetings, and ensures safe, effective, person-centered resident care.

Welcomes residents, guests, vendors, and VIPs while maintaining a secure gatehouse environment. Screens vehicle and pedestrian traffic, issues parking passes, provides directions, logs visitors and contractors, escalates official or law-enforcement visits, completes incident reports, and protects confidential resident and company information. The role requires weekend evening availability and successful completion of Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Markets the senior living lifestyle to prospective residents through phone, face-to-face, group, and event-based sales activities. Builds customer relationships, delivers strategic messaging, conducts extensive follow-up and retention efforts, improves appointment quality and attendance, analyzes prospect and business metrics, and maintains accurate CRM data and reports. The role supports revenue generation throughout a long 12–18 month sales cycle.
