Manage a high-volume caseload of U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, NIW, and PERM cases. Draft petitions, legal arguments, RFE and NOID responses, conduct legal research, assess eligibility, develop case strategies, advise clients, supervise paralegals, and support immigration compliance and workforce planning. Maintain accurate case data using immigration management systems.

Manage high-volume PERM labor certification cases from document review through filing, including drafting Form 9089, audit responses, and RFEs. Analyze case facts, organize client documentation, prepare correspondence, and coordinate with attorneys, foreign national clients, and global mobility managers. The role requires strong PERM recruitment expertise, accuracy, communication, organization, case management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems.
