Provide electrical engineering analysis and technical support for transmission planning and operations. Lead engineering support for real-time electric grid operations, performing system modeling, studies, and analytics (frequency control, resources, storage, IRR). Develop tools, tune EMS functions, ensure NERC/ERCOT compliance, collaborate with market participants on protocol and guide revisions, mentor junior engineers, and support implementation of system changes to enhance grid reliability.

Provide paralegal support to corporate governance and regulatory attorneys: prepare pleadings and filings, manage PUC filings and ADR case administration, support Board and committee materials and meetings, administer membership processes, perform factual/legal research, manage case files and eDiscovery reviews, and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.

The Project Manager Lead oversees technical and business projects, ensuring compliance with goals, schedules, and budgets while providing guidance to team members.

12-month rotational program training entry-level candidates to become technical liaisons for ERCOT market participants. Responsibilities include learning market systems and rules, analyzing operational scenarios and data, supporting onboarding and settlement disputes, creating documentation and training, contributing to system/process improvements, and completing a capstone project demonstrating applied market and technical knowledge.
