Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise applications supporting the Texas power grid and wholesale market. Collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams across the SDLC to deliver event-driven, Java/Spring Boot, containerized services with CI/CD, observability, and relational data persistence. Troubleshoot high-volume data handling, contribute to architecture and tooling decisions, and mentor junior staff.

Provide paralegal support to corporate governance and regulatory attorneys: prepare pleadings and filings, manage PUC filings and ADR case administration, support Board and committee materials and meetings, administer membership processes, perform factual/legal research, manage case files and eDiscovery reviews, and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.

The Project Manager Lead oversees technical and business projects, ensuring compliance with goals, schedules, and budgets while providing guidance to team members.
