Lead technical development and policy for grid interconnection studies, modeling, and emerging technologies. Advise leadership, mentor engineers, develop methodologies and rules for evaluating generation and large loads, represent ERCOT externally, and publish technical guidance to ensure reliable integration of new technologies.

The Release Analyst coordinates release planning and execution, manages CI/CD pipelines, enforces security compliance, and drives performance metrics for infrastructure and application releases.

Lead architecture, development, governance, and administration of SharePoint Online, Project Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration, and Power Platform solutions. Design secure, scalable SharePoint and Power Platform implementations, develop SPFx components and Power Apps/Automate solutions, establish governance/SDLC practices, integrate with Microsoft Graph/Azure services, automate administration with PowerShell, and support compliance, migration, and adoption in a regulated energy environment.
