Translate business needs into product requirements, manage vendor evaluations and implementations, analyze performance and customer feedback, drive automation and self-service enhancements, support testing and change management, and lead a cross-functional team to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead a team delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytics for policy administration. Ensure data quality and governance, validate reporting, analyze trends, support audits/compliance, and provide actionable insights to improve operations, digital adoption, and customer experience while partnering across business and technology stakeholders.

Provide strategic IT leadership for technology teams; set and execute IT strategy, oversee enterprise initiatives from planning to delivery, manage budgets and resources, ensure governance/security/compliance, foster innovation and high-performing teams, and align technology solutions with business objectives across web, mobile, and service channels.

The Actuary will lead the valuation and modeling function, manage a team, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, payment processing (ACH/wire/check/credit card), bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, treasury reporting, vendor enrollment, escheatment/1099s, FX settlements, audit support, and process improvement projects.
