Provide digital support in a small studio: design and deliver e-marketing materials, handle online customer and IT queries, liaise with agents, build websites from templates, meet SLAs, maintain records, and train agents on online platforms.

Provide PA and office management support to the CEOs, including diary and travel management, email and phone handling, producing documents and presentations, front-of-house duties, facilities oversight, health & safety responsibilities, and event support.

Lead the eventFlow division to meet strategic and financial goals. Set strategy, manage operations, build and develop the team and supplier partnerships, drive business growth and marketing, ensure legal compliance (GDPR/AML), represent the product externally, and report progress to the PLC Board.

Provide first-class administrative support: process orders, collect and route content, answer calls, manage stakeholders, maintain records and databases, filing, proofreading, handle stock orders and invoices, produce member packs and certificates, cross-train across departments and support team development.
