Job Description
Digital Support Apprentice required in our Cambridge Studio. Working as part of a small team, the Apprentice would take part in:
- Ensuring the efficient design and delivery of e-marketing materials
- Dealing with general online customer queries and IT queries / issues, escalating where necessary
- Liaising with agents and internal contacts
- Building websites from agreed templates
- Meeting Service Level Agreements
- Maintaining records of calls and queries
- Training calls to agents on how to use our online platforms
The successful candidate will require excellent IT and communication skills as well as attention to detail. SEO knowledge and web template experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
