Owns multi-jurisdictional corporate tax compliance, accounting, planning, and transaction support. Prepares U.S. federal, state, local, Canadian, sales, use, property, and international tax filings; manages audits and tax notices; records tax payments and provisions; oversees SAP tax engine processes; and analyzes regulatory changes. Partners with Finance, Legal, and Operations to maintain tax controls, documentation, and compliance processes.

Leads channel sales across life sciences, pharma, biotech, diagnostics, academia, and research markets. Develops territory and distributor strategies, recruits and manages distributors, drives pipeline and key account growth, supports negotiations and tenders, delivers product training, coordinates launches and customer programs, monitors forecasts and inventory, and provides market intelligence. Requires extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and consumables growth targets.

Owns technical performance and service effectiveness for designated life science instrument product lines. Provides advanced technical support, resolves complex customer issues, designs and delivers training, coordinates product changes, recalls, and retrofits, and ensures quality-system compliance. The role also manages CAPAs, third-party service evaluations, technical documentation, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across service, quality, marketing, and global teams, with travel required for training and critical issue resolution.

Lead AP reporting and analysis: produce periodic reports, maintain reporting tools, drive weekly sales forecasts, perform consolidated financial analyses, create management presentations and dashboards, support planning/forecasting cycles, and improve reporting processes and data quality across countries.

Own end-to-end Record-to-Report activities for assigned entities, execute month- and year-end closings, process journals and accruals, perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, manage fixed asset transactions, prepare financial reports and bank reconciliations, support audit/tax queries, and contribute to process and system improvements.

Drive EMEA bioprocess channel and direct sales: build and manage partners, execute full sales cycle, provide technical applications support for upstream bioprocessing, manage complex quotations/tenders, represent the company at events, and feed customer insights into product and marketing.

Lead global sourcing strategy for mechanical components and assemblies with focus on APAC suppliers: market analysis, supplier qualification, RFx management, negotiations, should-cost modeling, cost reductions, DFM support, cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation and sustainability.

Sell and grow Eppendorf’s liquid handling, automation, separation and instrumentation portfolio via distributors in Saudi Arabia. Manage distributor relationships, present product and campaigns, run partner performance reviews using CRM/data, attend trade events, analyze market/competition, and ensure excellent indirect-channel customer experience.

Manage purchasing activities across engineering projects from pre-study to end-of-live. Plan and control costs, procurement timelines, and part availability. Engage early with suppliers to align product requirements and standards, mitigate risk, and support time-to-market objectives.

Partner with Malaysia and APAC commercial teams to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, produce management reporting and variance analysis, develop KPI dashboards, support month/end and year-end controlling activities, handle intercompany calculations, and improve reporting processes to drive cost discipline and profitability.

Drive growth of Eppendorf's Bioprocess portfolio through consultative selling, account development, market analysis, cross-selling, marketing support, trade show representation, and coordination with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead global market intelligence for Eppendorf by generating forecasts, trend and competitive analyses, creating a centralized knowledge hub, scouting technologies and partners, and translating insights into strategic recommendations. Drive regional business development, support collaborative projects, and work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, marketing and corporate leadership to inform product development and long‑term growth.
