- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, office supplies, IT infrastructure, car fleet and contract management.
- Analyse, monitor, and develop internal office processes to implement changes that comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure all buildings and workplaces are safe, efficient and welcoming.
- Support the Management Team with administrative tasks and meeting logistics, requiring discretion, reliability, and strong written communication skills.
- Be the first point of contact for building-related topics and handling ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with other corporate functions, Finance, HR, IT.
- Previous Office Management, project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English, Dutch. French would be advantageous.
- Be located in the Netherlands and work predominately Netherlands office. Travel to the Belgium office will also be required.
