Client Solutions Engineer responsible for delivering hands-on, client-embedded technical solutions. The role involves configuring automated workflows and AI-assisted tools, writing Python or similar scripts, integrating REST APIs, troubleshooting systems, documenting implementations, and providing feedback to improve the internal platform. Candidates should have 1–3 years of coding or scripting experience combined with client or stakeholder interaction, strong communication skills, and an interest in applied AI and automation.

Provide Level 3 system administration and escalation support for diverse client environments. Troubleshoot complex server, network, security, cloud, and infrastructure issues; perform root-cause analysis; monitor systems using RMM tools; communicate with clients; maintain technical documentation; support project handovers; and improve service processes. Preferred experience includes team leadership, mentoring, or supervision in an IT service environment.

The Solutions Engineer implements cloud infrastructure, network hardware, telephony systems, and security controls, handling complex deployments and ensuring production quality.
