Provide Level 3 system administration and escalation support for diverse client environments. Troubleshoot complex server, network, security, cloud, and infrastructure issues; perform root-cause analysis; monitor systems using RMM tools; communicate with clients; maintain technical documentation; support project handovers; and improve service processes. Preferred experience includes team leadership, mentoring, or supervision in an IT service environment.

Supports the operation of internal AI platform tooling and client-facing management portals. Responsibilities include analyzing change requests, documenting requirements, specifying and deploying approved configurations, testing changes, managing access and permissions, supporting onboarding, maintaining Grafana dashboards and reporting, analyzing platform data, and keeping configuration, governance, and audit documentation current.

The Solutions Engineer implements cloud infrastructure, network hardware, telephony systems, and security controls, handling complex deployments and ensuring production quality.
