The Sr. Reliability Engineer develops reliability models, conducts environmental testing, analyzes failure modes, and creates reliability test plans for battery management systems.

Supports testing, validation, and manufacturing of battery energy storage products. Responsibilities include developing automated test programs and fixtures, writing test procedures, analyzing failures, improving manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and DFM, troubleshooting test equipment, training technicians, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting commissioning and factory acceptance testing. The role also performs data analysis and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.

Lead root cause investigations, DFMEA, design verification/validation, inspection and process validation. Lead product compliance for battery energy storage systems, manage certification and third‑party testing, guide engineering on safety/regulatory requirements, maintain compliance roadmap, and liaise with labs, regulators, suppliers, and customers to achieve global certifications.

Translate customer requirements into technical energy storage solutions for utility, C&I, and telecom markets. Configure BESS deployments, evaluate loads/use cases, prepare technical proposals and RFQ/RFP responses, liaise with sales and technical teams, coordinate vendor quotes, support handover to project management, monitor industry trends, and assist with product documentation and competitive positioning.

The Software Product Manager at Eos Energy will manage product development for energy storage solutions, conduct market research, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure products meet requirements and timelines.

Lead design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of large-scale automation and electrical control systems. Program and support PLC/HMI/SCADA, robotics, networking, and databases (SQL/Historian). Produce electrical/networking drawings and technical documentation, coordinate automation projects, perform high-voltage troubleshooting (up to 1000VDC), and support production downtime including off-hours work.

The Control Systems Design Engineer develops control strategies for battery systems, collaborates with engineering teams, designs algorithms, and enhances system performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Maintain and drive site EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead incident investigations, emergency response, training, inspections, SDS management, environmental reporting, PPE selection, and safety metrics. Support engineering controls, workers' compensation investigations, and safety committee activities to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.

Design, develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot large-scale automation and electrical systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA, networking, robots, high-voltage).
