Paid, fully onsite 10-week summer internship program supporting energy storage projects across engineering, manufacturing, safety, quality, science, technology, and corporate functions. Interns will work on hands-on business projects, analyze data, improve efficiencies, collaborate with experienced leaders, and present their accomplishments. The Quality Engineer ensures development products meet internal, external, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include root cause investigations, FMEA, verification and validation testing, inspection method development, acceptance criteria, process validation, design control documentation, supplier qualification, design transfer, audits, and maintenance of existing products. The role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external manufacturers to support product quality, design changes, supplier changes, remediation, recertification, and related initiatives.

The Sr. Reliability Engineer develops reliability models, conducts environmental testing, analyzes failure modes, and creates reliability test plans for battery management systems.

Supervise and schedule QC technicians, enforce safety and quality standards, perform and teach inspection (IQC/IPQC), operate CMM and laser equipment, drive continuous improvement and report performance metrics. Manage personnel actions, training, and shift-aligned schedules.

Lead product compliance for battery energy storage systems, manage certification and third‑party testing, guide engineering on safety/regulatory requirements, maintain compliance roadmap, and liaise with labs, regulators, suppliers, and customers to achieve global certifications.

Translate customer requirements into technical energy storage solutions for utility, C&I, and telecom markets. Configure BESS deployments, evaluate loads/use cases, prepare technical proposals and RFQ/RFP responses, liaise with sales and technical teams, coordinate vendor quotes, support handover to project management, monitor industry trends, and assist with product documentation and competitive positioning.

The Software Product Manager at Eos Energy will manage product development for energy storage solutions, conduct market research, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure products meet requirements and timelines.

Lead design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of large-scale automation and electrical control systems. Program and support PLC/HMI/SCADA, robotics, networking, and databases (SQL/Historian). Produce electrical/networking drawings and technical documentation, coordinate automation projects, perform high-voltage troubleshooting (up to 1000VDC), and support production downtime including off-hours work.

The Control Systems Design Engineer develops control strategies for battery systems, collaborates with engineering teams, designs algorithms, and enhances system performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Receive, store, and manage electrolyte totes; maintain and repair fill station equipment; perform calibrations, spills cleanup, hazardous waste documentation and shipping; track inventory and support supply chain.
