Remote Hybrid from our Boston, MA Headquarters.
Build trusted relationships with utility partners while implementing innovative technology to expand grid capacity and address climate change.
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our mission-driven team, playing a critical role in addressing climate change by increasing the capacity and reliability of the electric transmission system. As part of our highly collaborative team of professionals, you will have ample opportunities for growth. This role offers a competitive base salary with substantial upside potential, including equity and variable compensation.

What will you do?
Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives

  • Lead high-profile grid monitoring projects throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to value delivery
  • Ensure that our top-tier utility accounts achieve their desired business outcomes by implementing Dynamic Line Ratings and related LineVision technology
  • Develop detailed account plans that incorporate specific business problems and solutions
  • Establish trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders within utility organizations
  • Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, and Product to enhance our offerings and scale our processes for rapid growth


Within the first 3 months:

  • Build a strong foundational knowledge of our industry, our products, and our customer pain points
  • Gain hands-on experience working with customers and leading meetings


Within the first 6 months:

  • Take ownership of multiple marquee accounts
  • Assume responsibility for LineVision's success with each of these accounts


Within the first year:

  • Show a demonstrated pattern of expanding our business with assigned accounts
  • Contribute to the shared knowledge growth of the team
  • Proactively share ideas for improving our tools and processes to increase customer satisfaction, reduce operational cost, increase scale, etc


How to succeed in this role

  • Master Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with utility executives and key stakeholders. Communicate effectively, align with their needs, and provide solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Think Critically: Analyze customer pain points, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions. Continuously explore new approaches and adapt strategies to deliver measurable outcomes for accounts.
  • Take Ownership: Assume responsibility for marquee accounts, proactively manage project outcomes, and ensure customer success. Communicate progress transparently and lead efforts to achieve desired results.
  • Mission Motivated: Engage with LineVision's mission to address climate change. Champion customer success stories, such as increased renewable integration or CO2 reduction, to support the company's larger purpose.
  • Execute Relentlessly: Deliver high-quality outcomes on time, meeting account objectives and exceeding customer expectations. Build a track record of reliability and consistent success to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Salary Description
$125-140k Annual Base Salary, PLUS Variable Comp
