Provides administrative and office support, including ordering supplies, preparing delivery manifests, generating reports, processing requisitions, supporting month-end activities, answering phones, handling mail, greeting customers and vendors, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires independent work, accurate data entry and proofreading, customer and vendor communication, and use of Oracle, Excel, Word, ONBASE, and CORE systems.

Drive aggregate product sales and business development across a multistate territory. Develop sales and marketing plans, identify customers and opportunities, present proposals, monitor competitors, manage bids, support collections, and communicate product applications and regulatory limitations. Partner with operations to maintain product quality, improve efficiency, and deliver customer satisfaction. The role focuses on construction, soil stabilization, fertilizer, and related aggregate applications.
