Manages customer orders from creation through scheduling, service completion, receipt, and invoicing. Coordinates with customers, sales, billing, transportation, service centers, and operations to ensure order accuracy and timely progression. Manages household hazardous waste collection programs, coordinating transportation, equipment, staffing, customer communication, invoicing, technical support, training, safety, regulatory compliance, and profitability reviews. Supports service-center operations by coaching employees, participating in hiring, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining PPE and training compliance. The role also assists with business development, sales calls, customer presentations, and weekend collection projects requiring travel and extended hours.
