Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources through employee file management, I-9 record maintenance, document scanning and electronic filing, audit assistance, employee support for assessments and training, confidential records handling, policy review, and general HR coordination. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Drive CDL A or B vehicles to collect, transport, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Responsibilities include completing manifests and regulatory documents, loading and unloading containers, operating forklifts and heavy equipment, conducting vehicle inspections, resolving container issues, maintaining safety compliance, and interacting with customers. CDL A drivers handle roll-off, end-dump, van trailer, and tanker work. CDL B drivers perform lab packing and hazardous-waste shipment preparation. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Leads workplace safety programs in an industrial manufacturing environment, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting facility inspections, identifying hazards, supporting corrective actions, investigating accidents, maintaining safety records, and assisting with workers’ compensation claims. Promotes continuous improvement and Lean Sigma practices, advises managers and employees on safe work practices, and travels 25–30% to other sites.
