Leads the quality organization across manufacturing quality, supplier quality, QMS compliance, audits, corrective actions, document control, and continuous improvement. The role manages incoming, in-process, and finished-product quality, drives root-cause analysis and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, oversees customer complaints and regulatory compliance, and develops quality personnel. It partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to improve quality metrics, supplier performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
