Responsible for acquiring and growing small-quantity customers within assigned territories via prospecting, calls, presentations and consultative selling. Manage full sales cycle, upsell services, meet monthly quotas and KPIs, coordinate with Operations and Customer Experience, create proposals and forecasts, and nurture new accounts for at least 12 months.

Responsible for acquiring and growing small-quantity accounts within assigned territories via phone/video and periodic sales calls. Manage full sales cycle, create proposals and presentations, meet quotas, coordinate with Operations and Customer Experience, handle collections as needed, and participate in regional sales strategy. Focus on hunting new customers and farming accounts for at least 12 months to upsell additional services.

Coordinate outbound shipping of treated waste, perform clerical duties (data entry, scanning, document uploads), implement safety and compliance protocols, support plant operations, and travel to sites as needed (up to ~30%).
