Lead startup and stabilization of new sites, provide end-to-end technical guidance, estimate costs for proposals, drive operational improvements (OEE, productivity, asset utilization), manage maintenance budgets and asset effectiveness, coordinate with global engineering and project teams, and implement continuous improvement across Harsco India sites.

Sell and develop slag aggregate products across a multi-state territory, building customer relationships with contractors, agencies, and engineers. Create and execute territory sales and marketing plans, pursue new business, manage proposals/credit/collections, ensure operational alignment and regulatory compliance, and track competitor and construction activity to meet sales targets.

Manage end-to-end U.S. Sales & Use Tax compliance across multiple states: prepare and file returns, analyze transactions, administer tax engines (Avalara/Vertex), perform use tax accruals and reconciliations (BlackLine), support audits and notices, maintain exemption certificates, drive ERP-tax integrations, and perform tax research and process improvements within a shared services model.
