Lead large-scale, multi-site reverse vending machine rollout projects across the UK. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating installations, managing internal teams and contractors, engaging customers and stakeholders, tracking risks, costs, variations, and milestones, maintaining project documentation, ensuring health and safety compliance, and handing completed installations over to service and operations teams.

Design, develop, test, support, and maintain Android software for reverse vending machines. Develop features, resolve database issues, identify and fix defects, define requirements, and improve architecture, tools, and processes. Collaborate with validation and cross-functional teams to create test plans, validate functionality, research technologies, provide field support, and mentor engineers on architectural standards.

Inspect and test completed Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), perform final assembly quality checks, assist the production line as needed, maintain a safe and efficient workspace, identify quality improvements, and provide excellent customer service.

Lead electrical and electronic design for reverse vending machines: develop schematics, PCB and board-level circuits, BOMs, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN and PCB tools. Specify sensors, motor controls, and embedded electronics; drive DFM/DFMEA and design validation; support manufacturing and supply chain; troubleshoot production issues; establish engineering standards and mentor junior engineers.
