Owns parent-company accounting for Dutch holding entities, including monthly close, reconciliations, payments, treasury, financing, equity transactions, and statutory reporting support. Supports group consolidation, eliminations, intercompany reconciliations, IFRS reporting, audits, and ESEF/XBRL requirements. The role also improves finance processes, controls, documentation, systems, and reporting while coordinating with external tax, legal, financing, and treasury advisors.

Lead business development in Spain by creating customer-specific sales strategies, account plans, tender bids, and tailored value propositions for FMCG retail customers. Build long-term retailer relationships, conduct market research, coordinate with international technical and production teams, and deliver growth against sales KPIs. The role is based in Madrid and requires Spanish and English fluency plus travel within Spain and Europe.

Manage strategic customer relationships and the full B2B sales cycle in the Netherlands. Develop account strategies, identify customer needs, demonstrate tailored DRS solutions, negotiate agreements, and coordinate internal teams. The role also carries overall responsibility for the Netherlands organization and its operations, with accountability for pipeline growth, revenue, gross profit, and customer relationship development.
