Inspect and test completed Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), perform final assembly quality checks, assist the production line as needed, maintain a safe and efficient workspace, identify quality improvements, and provide excellent customer service.

Lead multi-site Rollout projects for Reverse Vending Machines under the Deposit Return Scheme. Create detailed plans, coordinate installations and contractors, manage schedules, risks, costs and documentation, liaise with customers and stakeholders, ensure H&S and quality compliance, and handover completed sites to Operations.

Lead electrical and electronic design for reverse vending machines: develop schematics, PCB and board-level circuits, BOMs, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN and PCB tools. Specify sensors, motor controls, and embedded electronics; drive DFM/DFMEA and design validation; support manufacturing and supply chain; troubleshoot production issues; establish engineering standards and mentor junior engineers.
