Coordinate global membership growth operations across regions, including recruitment trend analysis, membership applications, chapter launches, communications, events, vendor relationships, project tracking, reporting, and leadership development alignment. The role supports cross-functional execution, manages operational processes, monitors application and engagement data, and provides insights to senior growth leadership. It requires strong project management, communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with travel up to 5%.

Leads visual design across digital, print, web, campaigns, and branded experiences. Develops concepts, production-ready assets, responsive web pages, brand systems, templates, and design libraries. Partners with marketing, product, web, and project teams; reviews freelancer and designer work; maintains brand consistency, accessibility, and visual quality; and supports photography, presentations, events, and light image editing. Mentors junior designers and balances strategic creative direction with fast-turn execution.
