Teams at Entrepreneurs' Organization

Manages relationships with up to 14 chapters across Canada, supporting chapter health, growth, leadership transitions, strategic planning, standards, and regional alignment. Serves as liaison to volunteer leaders and staff, coordinates regional events and summits, supports leadership pipelines, and provides data-driven insights through dashboards and organizational systems. Requires strong stakeholder management, project coordination, communication, judgment, and cross-cultural collaboration in a globally distributed environment.

Manages a portfolio of 10–12 chapters, serving as the primary liaison to chapter and regional leaders. Supports chapter health, growth, strategic planning, leadership pipelines, standards, and regional programming. Acts as project manager for regional events, provides data-driven insights through dashboards and organizational systems, manages stakeholder relationships, identifies risks, and contributes to regional strategy across a globally distributed organization.
