Manages automotive dealer accounts by optimizing software utilization, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and supporting client engagement. Provides level-two escalation support, conducts audits and root-cause analysis, develops best practices and training materials, delivers actionable reports, and leads special projects. Works with OEM stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and Performance Pro staff to improve dealer satisfaction, feature adoption, website functionality, and performance against utilization KPIs.

Lead workforce administration across the employee lifecycle, coordinating recruiting-to-employment transitions, onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, records, HR systems, workforce services, and offboarding. Improve workflows, controls, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs while resolving risks and ensuring timely completion. Serve as a subject matter resource, guide coordinators, maintain data accuracy, and support a reliable employee and manager experience.

Owns end-to-end payroll processing, including validation, exception resolution, payroll execution, tax coordination, reconciliations, and controls. Supports account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, workforce cost analysis, audits, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Workforce Performance & Operations, payroll providers, vendors, and auditors to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-controlled financial operations.

Coordinates employee lifecycle administration, including recruiting-to-employment transitions, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, offboarding, records, HRIS updates, reporting, and employee support. Tracks workflows, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding actions across departments; maintains accurate confidential records; prepares reports; supports audits, process documentation, system changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads workforce performance, manager effectiveness, learning and development, and performance improvement practices. Coaches managers, addresses performance gaps, develops tools and training, designs repeatable processes, analyzes workforce trends, and provides actionable insights. Partners with HR Operations on sensitive employee matters while ensuring accountability, consistent practices, and measurable organizational improvement.

Analyze financial data, build models, prepare forecasts and budgets, perform reconciliations, report KPIs, conduct cost and variance analysis, ensure compliance and recordkeeping, support audits, and recommend process improvements to support the Director of Finance.

Drive project-level financial forecasting, margin and capacity modeling, and predictive analytics. Build automated dashboards and reporting, partner with Delivery/Sales/Operations, analyze cost and margin, own KPIs and budget accountability to improve project profitability and operational outcomes.

The Project Manager ensures the successful delivery of client engagements by managing scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating project activities and tracking associated risks and issues.

The Strategic Program Manager leads corporate initiatives, translating executive priorities into actionable plans and governance frameworks while tracking performance and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
