Build automated dashboards and reporting, partner with Delivery/Sales/Operations, analyze cost and margin, own KPIs and budget accountability to improve project profitability and operational outcomes.

Analyze digital processes, elicit and document requirements (user stories, use cases, process flows), research and ideate technology solutions, present recommendations, and coordinate hand-offs between stakeholders and technical teams to improve organizational efficiency.
