Manages automotive dealer accounts by optimizing software utilization, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and supporting client engagement. Provides level-two escalation support, conducts audits and root-cause analysis, develops best practices and training materials, delivers actionable reports, and leads special projects. Works with OEM stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and Performance Pro staff to improve dealer satisfaction, feature adoption, website functionality, and performance against utilization KPIs.

Lead workforce administration across the employee lifecycle, coordinating recruiting-to-employment transitions, onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, records, HR systems, workforce services, and offboarding. Improve workflows, controls, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs while resolving risks and ensuring timely completion. Serve as a subject matter resource, guide coordinators, maintain data accuracy, and support a reliable employee and manager experience.

Owns end-to-end payroll processing, including validation, exception resolution, payroll execution, tax coordination, reconciliations, and controls. Supports account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, workforce cost analysis, audits, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Workforce Performance & Operations, payroll providers, vendors, and auditors to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-controlled financial operations.
