Lead workforce administration across the employee lifecycle, coordinating recruiting-to-employment transitions, onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, records, HR systems, workforce services, and offboarding. Improve workflows, controls, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional handoffs while resolving risks and ensuring timely completion. Serve as a subject matter resource, guide coordinators, maintain data accuracy, and support a reliable employee and manager experience.

Owns end-to-end payroll processing, including validation, exception resolution, payroll execution, tax coordination, reconciliations, and controls. Supports account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, workforce cost analysis, audits, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Workforce Performance & Operations, payroll providers, vendors, and auditors to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-controlled financial operations.
