Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to capture feedback, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver measurable customer outcomes across multiple enterprise engagements.

Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, reference checks, and talent pipeline development. Partner with hiring managers, track recruitment metrics, support employer branding and recruitment events, and coordinate onboarding. Maintain HR records and systems, respond to employee policy and benefits questions, and assist with engagement initiatives and People Operations projects in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Designs and delivers AI automation solutions in a pre-sales environment. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical presentations, integration planning, pilot support, customer advising, escalations, enablement, and industry thought leadership. The role partners with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and support enterprise customer engagements.

Build and maintain full-stack AI-powered products using React, TypeScript, Node.js, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations. Own features from technical design through deployment, testing, and maintenance. Develop responsive interfaces, scalable backend services, authentication systems, and AI-powered workflows. Troubleshoot production issues, improve performance and reliability, write automated tests, and collaborate with Product, Design, AI, QA, and DevOps teams.

Builds trusted technical relationships, contributes to enablement materials, represents the company at industry events, and advises customers on conversational AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise automation.

Owns enterprise demand generation and growth across Europe, with accountability for qualified pipeline, revenue contribution, funnel conversion, ABM, paid media, marketing automation, website performance, technical SEO, analytics, webinars, and partner programs. The role manages HubSpot workflows, CRM data, attribution, reporting, budget efficiency, landing-page optimization, and multilingual website operations while partnering closely with sales, product marketing, content, and technology teams.
