Leads EnSite’s people function across recruiting, workforce scaling, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, retention, and acquisition integration. Partners with the CEO and CFO to recruit senior revenue-producing professionals, manage temporary field workforce operations, administer compensation and incentive programs, oversee multi-state compliance, and build HR infrastructure for a 500-person organization.

Provides project controls support for EPCM projects by managing budgets, costs, forecasts, schedules, commitments, invoices, change orders, risks, and progress reporting. Develops and maintains Primavera P6 schedules, work breakdown structures, baseline plans, critical path analyses, schedule risk assessments, and earned value data. Supports project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and suppliers while ensuring contractual reporting requirements, financial accuracy, and schedule performance. Prepares cost and schedule reports, forecasts, variance analyses, project updates, and change documentation.

Sources, screens, and recruits field personnel for current and upcoming construction management and inspection projects nationwide. Develops staffing plans, maintains candidate pipelines and resume databases, manages job postings and client submissions, and coordinates onboarding, offboarding, staffing changes, and rosters. Provides training on timekeeping and expense systems while collaborating with HR, IT, safety, accounting, and project teams. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, recruiting, and data management skills.

Performs clerical and administrative support, including SAP order and invoice reviews, contractor billing assistance, compliance checks, GIS accuracy reviews, user reporting, training, storage location assignments, and departmental coordination. Maintains professional relationships with clients and contractors, supports managers and staff, and works independently while prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively.

Coordinates and executes multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing deliverables, meetings, status reporting, schedules, budgets, risks, action items, change requests, procurement support, technical reviews, and quality control. The role also supports design basis development, engineering activities, client communication, and mitigation of cost or schedule issues while assisting the Project Manager and leading engineering efforts on medium and large projects.

Leads multidisciplinary oil and gas pipeline projects from conception through closeout, overseeing design, engineering, procurement, construction, inspections, personnel, budgets, schedules, risks, invoices, and client relationships. Provides technical guidance on pipeline and facility systems, supports business development and proposals, and performs engineering calculations as needed. The position requires extensive project management experience, pipeline regulations expertise, client interaction, and travel for site visits and meetings.

Provides mechanical engineering services for natural gas and liquids pipelines, compressor stations, measurement and regulation facilities, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, FEED, modeling, conceptual and detailed design, permitting, cost estimating, scheduling, equipment selection, construction documentation, regulatory compliance, and client coordination. The role applies fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and compression principles while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Travel up to 15% is required, and the position is on-site in Houston, Texas.

Senior Pipeline Engineer leads the design and execution of oil and gas pipeline and facility projects. Responsibilities include hydraulic analysis, pipe sizing, routing, design calculations, constructability reviews, cost estimates, technical documentation, and field support. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages engineering scope and quality, supports procurement and construction, engages clients and regulators, and mentors junior engineers. Projects may involve crude oil, natural gas, NGL, CO₂, hydrogen, compressor and pump stations, metering facilities, and other midstream infrastructure.

Prepares and supports piping, mapping, plot plan, permit, alignment, and as-built drawings for oil and gas client projects. Uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce accurate drawing packages, check dimensions and standards compliance, support issue revisions, and complete plotting and documentation tasks. Collaborates with lead designers and other drafters while maintaining familiarity with drafting software and Microsoft Office tools.

Provides engineering and project management services for natural gas and liquids pipeline systems, compressor stations, measurement and regulation facilities, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, FEED, process and piping design, cost estimating, scheduling, permitting, calculations, construction documentation, regulatory compliance, client coordination, and multidisciplinary design leadership. The role is onsite in Houston and requires up to 15% travel.

Leads mechanical engineering for pipeline and facility projects from concept through closeout. Develops specifications, calculations, drawings, scopes, schedules, and budgets; conducts feasibility studies and risk assessments; reviews vendor documentation; supports regulatory approvals; participates in design reviews and HAZOP/HAZID sessions; mentors engineers; and serves as Engineer in Responsible Charge. Requires pipeline and facility engineering expertise, professional engineering licensure, and knowledge of oil and gas standards and 49 CFR Part 192.

Prepares mechanical piping designs, layouts, P&IDs, plot plans, detailed drawings, and bill of materials for oil and gas facilities. Coordinates with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary design teams; performs drawing control, QA/QC, peer reviews, clash checks, as-built updates, and drawing package issuance. Requires proficiency in AutoCAD and CADWorx, practical knowledge of piping and equipment systems, and experience designing compressor, meter, regulating, and processing facilities.

Own monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, KPI tracking, lender and sponsor reporting, and board materials. Support M&A diligence and integration, lead CFO special projects, improve close and reporting processes, and build dashboards using ERP and payroll data. The role requires strong financial modeling, Excel, communication, and the ability to build FP&A processes in a growing organization.

Provides administrative and clerical support for project and construction operations. Maintains files, records, correspondence, schedules, meetings, and confidential documents; supports managers and staff; assists with permitting, inventory audits, documentation reviews, communications, and office equipment. The role is on-site in Little Rock, Arkansas, requires five eight-hour workdays weekly, and may include overtime.
