Designs, develops, and maintains scalable UI and API automation frameworks and test suites using Playwright and TypeScript. Creates regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end tests; performs API testing; analyzes requirements; troubleshoots failures; and integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborates with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC while participating in Agile ceremonies and improving test coverage, reliability, maintainability, and execution performance.

Build and scale reporting and billing data infrastructure, develop robust data pipelines, ensure data quality and automation, create APIs and frontend/backend features in TypeScript, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to enable actionable data consumption.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable serverless integration solutions on AWS connecting SaaS, third-party vendors, and internal systems. Implement REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and infrastructure-as-code; follow SDLC/Kanban, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, security, and scalability.

Develop and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions: implement Apex triggers, Batch Apex, asynchronous processes, and LWC; perform bulk data cleanup; build reconciliation reports for integrations; run SOQL/SOSL queries; participate in SFDX/CI-CD deployments; and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable UI and API automated test suites and frameworks (Playwright). Build regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end tests, execute API automation with Postman, integrate tests into CI/CD, collaborate with developers and QA throughout the SDLC, troubleshoot failures, and improve coverage and framework reliability.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and Power BI reports. Ensure data quality, governance, pipeline orchestration, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver analytics solutions across the organization.

Customer-facing technical role delivering onboarding, implementations, and ongoing support for enterprise SaaS customers. Troubleshoot issues, design solutions, run technical calls/workshops, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve escalations and improve processes.

Validate complex revenue calculations, pricing logic, and financial business rules. Design and execute math-focused QA test cases, analyze large datasets to find discrepancies, troubleshoot billing/reporting issues, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to document and resolve defects.
