Migrate insurance policy data from legacy administration systems to a modern platform. Analyze, trace, reconcile, map, transform, cleanse, and validate data across databases and files. Build SQL queries and ETL processes, resolve data quality issues, and support production data loads. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle while using AI coding tools, Agile methods, and secure data-handling practices.

Own and improve CI/CD and developer experience infrastructure, primarily using Jenkins, Docker, and AWS. Design scalable deployment pipelines, manage containerized environments, write Bash, Python, and Groovy automation, and maintain Jenkins shared libraries. Monitor DORA metrics to identify delivery bottlenecks, improve engineering productivity, and troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and cloud infrastructure issues independently.

Integrate AI into the software development lifecycle to improve engineering productivity. Evaluate AI models and tools, build custom harnesses, chatbots, wrapper APIs, and MCP integrations, and monitor usage, cost, latency, and effectiveness. Train engineering teams on effective AI adoption and prompting while staying current with emerging technologies. The role requires Python and Bash scripting, architectural understanding of major AI models, and experience managing enterprise AI tools and data privacy considerations.

Customer-facing technical role delivering onboarding, implementations, and ongoing support for enterprise SaaS customers. Troubleshoot issues, design solutions, run technical calls/workshops, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve escalations and improve processes.
