Serves as a bridge between procurement stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into SAP and data-driven solutions. Analyzes procurement processes, identifies optimization opportunities, and delivers insights through analytics and reporting. Build and maintain scalable API integrations using Python and TypeScript. Develop clean, maintainable software, collaborate with Product and Operations stakeholders, translate requirements into iterative development plans, provide production support during business hours, and contribute to engineering best practices and scalability.

Designs and delivers technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process and data modeling, architecture assessment, user-story development, Agile delivery support, troubleshooting, system optimization, documentation, implementation support, and stakeholder communication. The role also involves analyzing data with SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools and supporting secure handling of financial and personal data.

Integrate AI into the software development lifecycle to improve engineering productivity. Evaluate AI models and tools, build custom harnesses, chatbots, wrapper APIs, and MCP integrations, and monitor usage, cost, latency, and effectiveness. Train engineering teams on effective AI adoption and prompting while staying current with emerging technologies. The role requires Python and Bash scripting, architectural understanding of major AI models, and experience managing enterprise AI tools and data privacy considerations.

Customer-facing technical role delivering onboarding, implementations, and ongoing support for enterprise SaaS customers. Troubleshoot issues, design solutions, run technical calls/workshops, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve escalations and improve processes.
