As a Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Act as the primary escalation point to diffuse operational roadblocks, develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot client-side code, query databases, and analyze results.
- Provide key technical & product solutions across teams.
- Work closely with Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering teams to enhance our products based on internal user feedback.
- Write internal technical documentation as well as client-facing guides.
-Excellent English Skills (spoken and written)
- Hands-on knowledge of web technologies, and strong troubleshooting experience with HTML, JS, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Great communication skills, needed to articulate technical solutions to non-technical people.
- Proficiency in SQL and functional experience in data analysis (Looker, Power BI, or Excel)
- Experience with cross-browser compliance test tools.
- Understanding of ad serving and related technologies (DFP, GTM, Header Bidding, oRTB, Programmatic Workflow, PrebidJS).
- Ability to quickly conceptualize ad technologies.
