Direct all plant operations including safety, production, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Lead EHS, lean and TPM programs, set KPIs, manage budgets/capital projects, develop manufacturing strategy, and coach supervisors to meet delivery and financial goals.

Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs (G-code) for lathes and mills from blueprints; select tooling and fixtures; set up and adjust machines; test and troubleshoot programs and machine issues; maintain tooling documentation and collaborate with engineers, machinists, and vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality part production.

Layout, tack-weld, form, grind, and assemble large hydro turbine and pump components from engineering drawings. Read prints and measure parts, set up work cells and welding positioners, perform hot/cold forming, operate main cranes (up to 25 tons), and support lean/continuous improvement and fit-up for machining.

Set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC machines (VBM/HBM) to produce precision turbine components. Read blueprints and GD&T, edit programs, select tooling, set feeds/speeds, inspect parts for quality, and collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for heavy manufacturing materials and services. Develop sourcing strategies, monitor supplier KPIs, support logistics/customs, use ERP and Power BI for purchasing and reporting, and ensure ISO 9001 purchasing compliance.
